It does not provide investment advice or personalised recommendations, does not handle orders, and is not registered as a financial adviser. Scores describe past accounts and do not predict a company's future or its share price. Calculations are automated and may contain errors; always check the original report linked on each page. 3. Terms of sale

3.1 Seller

3.2 Plans and prices

Prices are in euros and are final. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code. EU VAT number: FR29990792376. Features marked “Soon” are not part of the service owed and will be added at no extra cost. A price change never applies to a period already paid and is announced by e-mail at least 30 days before renewal.

3.3 7-day free trial

Each account can use a 7-day free trial of a paid plan once. A payment method is saved at sign-up but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel at any time during the trial from “My account” › “Manage subscription” and you pay nothing. Otherwise the first payment is taken when the trial ends, then at each monthly or yearly renewal.

3.4 Payment, renewal and cancellation

Payment is by card through Stripe; card details are never stored by Scorvest. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and can be cancelled in one click at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Plan changes are prorated. If a payment fails and is not settled, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free plan.

3.5 Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by writing to nawfel.mabchourpro@gmail.com. By asking for immediate access, you agree that the service starts before that period ends; on withdrawal, you are refunded minus the value of the service already provided.

3.6 Liability, disputes and governing law

Data from public sources is provided without guarantee of accuracy or availability. Except for gross negligence, liability is limited to the amount paid in the last twelve months. Complaints: nawfel.mabchourpro@gmail.com. Consumers may use a consumer mediator or the EU online dispute resolution platform. French law applies.

4. Privacy policy

We process your e-mail, name and hashed password (account), your watchlist (service), your plan and Stripe identifiers (billing, kept 10 years for accounting) and technical logs (security, up to 12 months). Card data is handled only by Stripe. Processors: Render (hosting, United States), Neon (database) and Stripe (payments); transfers outside the EU rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses. We never sell data. You may access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data by writing to nawfel.mabchourpro@gmail.com, and complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL).

5. Cookies

Only strictly necessary cookies are used: sv_session (keeps you signed in, 30 days) and lang(language choice, 1 year). Stripe's payment pages set their own cookies needed for payment security. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
